Under the direction/supervision of the Nurse Manager and/or Shift Lead the RN II independently uses the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients. Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, determine nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of care.
Qualifications
Current California RN License, current BLS certification, current ACLS certification within six months of hire or transfer to position/department. BSN preferred.
