Physician - Internal Medicine Opportunity only

Description: Open Door Unlimited, Inc. is in need of Physician - Internal Medicine Opportunity only right now, this career will be placed in California. Coastal California â€" Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician needed for a full-time, 5-day/week position, working in a Primary Care Clinic setting. Physician will see a full range of Family Practice or Internal Medicine patients and their associated medical conditions. The provider is expected to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, and complete all appropriate documentation in a timely manner. As part of a group practice, the provider will help cover for providers who are out of the office, participate in all provider meetings, and work in cooperation with a multi-specialty team of physicians and nurse practitioners.
The provider will comply with all Hospital and Clinic policies and procedures, and adopt/implement an electronic health record when it becomes available. The provider must hold a current CA medical license. This is not an employed physician opportunity. Providers are compensated on a fee for service basis and will be responsible for paying all income taxes.
Malpractice insurance is paid by the hospital. Up to 4 weeks of vacation and 1 week of educational leave are permitted.
