- Current RN Licensure to practice in California.
- One year acute care of Operating Room experience preferred.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter.
- PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required within 1 year of employment and maintained thereafter.
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families and co-workers.
- Ability to provide leadership in a positive direction that is consistent with the policies, goals, objectives, mission and vision of the Hospital and Nursing Department.
The RN works with all members of the healthcare team to participate in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care. The RN is responsible and accountable for patient care provided by ass! igned nursing staff. As a member of this healthcare team, the ! RN ensures that an individualized plan of care is provided for all patients and their families.
