The Territory Manager is responsible for the sale and marketing of products designed to treat acute, chronic, and burn-related wound within an assigned terr! itory (treatments include dressings and ointments for severe burns). The role will focus marketing efforts towards acute and / or post acute facilities health care professionals in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and office-based practices.
Essential Job Functions
Develop territory plan with District Manager
Attain territory sales goals utilizing sales skills, territory management skills and customer relationships
Coordinate addition of products to hospital formularies, wound care facilities, and nursing home protocols utilizing provided sales collaterals
Inservice appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, wound care, nursing homes and closed door pharmacies to educate end users on the clinical benefits of products
Deliver sales presentations to key customers and customer groups
Conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups
Generate use of products by educating customers with pr! ovided sales collaterals
Penetrate target accounts and dev! ote adequate sales time to each product
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university
Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience is required
Prior wound care sales experience a plus
Prior Business-to-Business sales experience a plus
Compensation information
Base salary 70-85K + Quarterly Commission
Company Car and Gas Card + Expenses provided
Medical, Dental, 401K, Holiday / Sick/ Vacation pay
