The Med/Surg RN is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting. They will communicate with physicians about changes in patients clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies, symptomatology and act as a patient advocate. They will need to perform general nursing duties as appropriate for level of care. Additionally they will participate in performance improvement, quality! and service excellent activities.
Qualifications:! Current RN License must be active and unrestricted for the State of California Current BLS certification required 1 year of demonstrated experience in an acute care hospital setting. Fire and safety card must be presented upon hire or obtained at our facility within first 30 days. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Customer Focused Team Player Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Bilingual Spanish/Russian/Korean is a plus
