The Academy Trainer is an expert in their area of the store. Academy Trainers work alongside Team Associates, and train them on One Best Way so they clearly understand the correct way to perform their jobs. They also prioritize customer service and validate that work is complete
Run Great Stores! Academy Trainers are an important part of the success of running a great store. This role ensures associates in our stores are trained to the highest standards, while also being a role model in their daily work.
Executing Daily Processes • Takes ownership for work in their area • Makes an effort to work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner • Consistently shows honesty and integrity • Is a team player • Works alongside peers and is a role model for OBW
Training Others • Effectively teaches associates how to perform their job responsibilities • Trains on new processes and technologies as they roll out • Provides in-the-moment, on the salesfloor training for Team Associates using the LearnIT app
My Contribution to Team Success • I am aware of training opportunities with Team Associates and upskill them • I reinforce the goals set by my Team Lead and influence the team to achieve those goals • I recognize associates for a job well done when they learn new tasks and perform them well • I am responsible to equip associates with multiple skills to be successful in their area

Pay: $18.00 - $23.57 per hour
