Role Overview
As an Employee Service representative, you will serve as a steward to our clients and their employees engaged through our EOR (Employer of Record) service. You will support the employee onboarding process, develop a relationship with employees, support and escalate inquiries across a number of communication channels.
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and employees at all times.
- Responding promptly to employee inquiries.
- Communicating with employees through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving employee issues.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of employee interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the employee service process.
- Ensure employee satisfaction and provide professional client support.

- Other duties as needed in the role.
Requirement
- Comfortable using technology like Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Experience working with customer / client support.
- Bachelor\'s degree and relevant experience.
- You will be a strong and diligent verbal and written communicator.
- You will be a problem solver and share resolution and findings with your colleagues.
- Strong organization and excellent time management skills.
- Friendly, hardworking, patient and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Multilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
