- Prepare and blend acai bowls and smoothies following Amazebowls' recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and nutritional benefits
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed, keeping inventory levels up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, efficient workflow, and an enjoyable working environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store
