Kushfly.com is an online, on-demand cannabis delivery company has been operating for the past 8 years in Los Angeles.
We are seeking a focused, friendly, and confident Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative with strong multitasking and communication skills. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in cannabis who likes to be challenged and is comfortable thinking on their feet. The position is not a good fit for anyone who is easily overwhelmed or would not be comfortable leading conversation with customers. Pay is hourly plus commission for meeting sales, as well as a percentage of tip share. Must be open to both morning and night shifts.
Potential to work in other departments based on skill and performance.
Responsibilites:
Customer service via text, call, chat, and email

Order processing and fulfillment
Efficient routing and dispatching drivers
Cash handling
Communication with drivers and other team members
Qualifications:
Basic computer literacy required; strong knowledge is a plus
Basic knowledge of cannabis required with expectation to grow; strong knowledge preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Must have a smartphone and reliable transportation
Basic math skills
Proficiency in English

Hourly: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour including commission and tip share
