THE POSITION:

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representatives for our Aline, Blitz, Call Logic, and Janitorial Manager products. An effective Customer Support Representative has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented. In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers by:

  • Answering incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Recording customer information within our customer service database
  • Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Utilizing Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks
  • Providing basic troubleshooting methods for client issues
  • Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer support policies
