Under the direct supervision of the Fleet & General Manager, the individual is responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA/VCU vehicles -Essential Duties:
§ Managing a rotating schedule of up to 30 vehicles assuring all vehicles receive the care they require on the preset intervals previously determined.
§ Operating the semi-automated bus wash assuring proper use to avoid machine and vehicle damage. (Will be trained)
§ Cleaning interiors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glass cleaning.
§ Track and file all washing and cleaning schedules.
§ Some inside office duties as described - empty office trash once per week
§ Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
§ Responsible for requesting and stocking all janitorial supplies needed for bus cleaning.

Agility/Movement - Ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate vehicles, tools, equipment, supplies, and other objects up to 60 pounds.
The typical work environment of this job varies where the noise level is moderate and sometimes loud, working under normal fluorescent lighting, regularly exposed to dust, fumes from exhaust, and chemicals associated with vehicle and building maintenance as ell as outside weather conditions.
Employment Status:
Hourly Bi-Weekly pay with Full Time Benefits, Sick Time after 90 Days of Employment and Yearly Vacation after 1 year.
