Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking caring and responsible Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated homecare service to patients in Orange, Bueana Park, Anaheim, Fullerton, Santa Ana, and Garden Grove, CA. Currently we have all shifts available on Full-Time and Part-Time schedules. Maxim welcomes all candidates with at least 1 year of experience; including 1 year of experience with G-Tubes and Pediatric care. An ideal candidate is someone who is also experienced with Ventilators and Trachs. For qualified candidates our office is pleased to arrange for Ventilator and Trach training. We are seeking skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care. Following a physician established plan of treatment and working under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim LVN you will assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients, administer medications and assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician established plan of treatment. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
Qualifications:

- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
