Our client is located in the Los Angeles area and is one of the top Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the country. They are seeking to hire a Clinical Desig! n Architect, Orders who will be responsible for delivering functional requirements from a user perspective to inform design of the EHR and other clinical applications. You will conduct current state and needs assessments as well as support, coordinate and engage clinical groups to ensure that the application design meets functional, workflow and process requirements.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Organize and lead clinical content development and maintenance for clinical applications.- Engage user groups to promote user buy-in and adoption and ensure that the product’s functionality meets the need of the clinical community.- Work closely with the build team to ensure the product functional design matches system capabilities and architecture. - Ensure that system design follows best practice design principles.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- Degree in nursing, pharmacy or other clinical field- 3 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory clinic setting- 3 years of ! experience in design, optimization and implementation of Allsc! ripts 5.5 (Eclipsys)- Experience with design and build of Allscripts CPOE orders and order sets- In-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient care processes and workflow
