The Radiology Transporter/Courier is a member of the team who, under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager, assists with transportation of patients and the preparation of various types of procedures. The Transporter/Courier is responsible for maintaining patient safety during transportation. The Transporter assists the registered nurses and staff in the preparation an! d termination of procedures while maintaining a clean work are! a and environment. Incorporating collaborative communications practices, he/she assists the team in administering quality care to patients.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Current BLS certification required Must be a team player and customer focused Patient satisfaction focused Must be able to work a flexible schedule, may occasionally subjected to irregular hours Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Fire and Safety card must be presented upon hire or obtained at our facility within first 90 days Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching and lifting We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits and free employee parking!
