Wellspring Medical Resources is assisting a well known, financially stable healthcare organizat! ion in a confidential search for a Director of Acute Care Services.
This is a choice opportunity to join the team of this newly constructed, 175+bed facility with the latest in facility design and technology. This leadership position is akin to the ACNO role and reports directly to the CNO, overseeing Critical Care, Medical Surgical and Telemetry service lines with three clinical managers. Interested candidates should be confident, fair minded, assertive, strategic and results driven while focusing on quality initiatives, patient and employee satisfaction, mentorship and an eventual Magnet journey.
Minimum requirements:
BSN, eligible for a CA Nursing license
Recent experience as an effective leader within a complex healthcare organization
Title 22 experience
Record of demonstrating leadership competencies and management style that is consistent with hospital values and policies.
Knowledge of industry trends af! fecting health care and state-of-the-art nursing practice, hos! pital management experience and an MSN are all highly desirable.
