The Position:
Travel Nurse Recruiter
Brief Summary
The ideal Recruiter will have the experience and drive to work independently in growing Core MedStaff’s Travel Nurse Division. This position requires a wide degree of creativity, near and long-term vision, thorough business understanding and personal organization to meet aggressive growth objectives for the Company.
Essential Dut! ies and Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering h! igh quality nurse travel candidates to client facilities, including but not limited to negotiating compensation, obtaining firm acceptance. Will perform all necessary HR functions, including verifying references, previous work experience and all applicable licensure/certification(s)/OSHA requirements, obtaining assignment evaluations and documenting and administering disciplinary actions as necessary. Responsible for developing a growing pipeline of talent by utilizing a wide variety of recruiting sources effectively. Generate and actively recruit referrals from current and former nurses. Serve as the primary contact person for the nurse throughout their career with Core MedStaff by troubleshooting, counseling and problem solving when necessary. Maintain and retain healthcare professionals through weekly quality control calls and career path communication to ensure continued satisfaction and employment. Consistently meet or exceed established individual and team goals. Orga! nize, prepare and implement recruiting and retention programs. Participate in planning with senior management to identify sales strategies, client needs, traveler recruiting strategies and the methods that will achieve order fill-rate goals
Qualifications (Required education, experience, knowledge and skills):
Minimum of 2 years of travel nurse recruiting experience required. Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, HR. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, internet job boards and internet recruiting. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment; persuasive and upbeat. Able to manage multiple priorities and projects. Strong believer in documentation and details. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow through skills Ability to develop, write and implement policies and procedures Ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees with diverse personalities

Compensation and Benefits:
An industry competitive compensation package is offered that includes a base salary and lucrative commission plan. An annual bonus program is offered based on company and individual performance achievements. Contributory medical and dental plans will also be available.
