Description: Desert Oasis HealthCare is employing Quality Manager right now, this position will be placed in California. The Quality Manager (QM) is responsible for overall management of Quality Assessment performance Improvement (QAPI) program for Desert Oasis Health Care (DOHC) Home Health. The QM collaborates with ! members of the Management team to develop, implement and maintain effective, on-going date-driven processes and programs which meet regulatory compliance and maintain standards of practice. RN with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of California. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in a health care environment. Moderate to advanced knowledge of QAPI principles and methodologies.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and interpersonal skills. Able to manage self and others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Valid California driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
