EMT Certification Required

POSITION SUMMARY
Under direct supervision and according to established standards, provides basic patient services and assists in the daily functioning of the department and according to the hospital standards, provides basic patient services. Functions as triage tech performing such duties as phlebotomy, blood gas draws, Vital Signs and other duties as assigned. Certification as an emergency technician required or certification as a nursing assistant or successful completion of first semester of an accredited registered nursing school. Phlebotomy Certification required.
This position requires a BLS Healthcare Provider Card that is in accordance with the American Heart Association Guidelines.
