Reid & Associates is assisting an award winning, not for
profit Los Angeles area hospital with their search for!
an interim or permanent Emergency Room (ER) Director.
The Emergency Room Director will report to the CNO and
manage the operations and strategic planning for the
Emergency Department including: personnel management,
and resource allocation and management controls ensuring
consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency
Department.
The Emergency Room Director provides operational
leadership to the emergency department and works
collaboratively with Nursing leaders and educators to
ensure delivery of quality patient care. He/She creates
a work atmosphere conducive to professional growth,
accountability and autonomy.

Job Requirements:
Requirements
BSN in Nursing
CA RN Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree
required.
5 years management experience in General Acute Care
setting
ER clinical experience.
