Reid & Associates is seeking an INTERIM Clinical Manager
for NICU/PICU services for a not for profit community
based hospital in Southe! rn California. Join a hospital

The Interim CLINICAL MANAGER is responsible for
management of the PICU clinical operations,
self-direction and transfer of knowledge as deemed
appropriate to each situation. The Clinical Manager is
also responsible for supporting the strategic goals of
the department(s), achieving patient/family safety and
satisfaction as well as physician satisfaction, human
resources and financial management of the department(s)
operations in support of the hospital's goals and
mission. Act as a liaison between hospital departments,
physicians and staff to ensure continuity, quality of
service and cost effective care. The position reports
directly to the Nursing Director of Wome! n's and
Children's Services and has 24/7 Accountability fo! r
unit. For the right candidate this could be a permanent
role or interim to permanent.
Requirements: BSN degree required, MHA/MSN/MBA
preferred. Minimum 5 years of management experience in
patient care services, with 1 year of acute care
practice in PICU and PEDS. Current CA RN license, PALS,
ACLS card req'd. Microsoft Office req'd.
