Regional Nurse Consultant- Skilled Nursing- Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles California

Regional Nurse Consultant (Clinical Operations) will oversee several skilled nursing facilities in Southern California. Would prefer if candidate already lived in SoCal.

Person must be an RN with a proven track record overseeing all clinical operations in multi-sites for Nursing Homes.

DUTIES

• Road travel
• Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing service department
• Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing! services
• Participate in facility surveys
• Assist in planning for resident's admissions and discharges
• Determine and monitor the staffing needs of the nursing department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ideal candidate:

High energy RN. Very strong clinically. Must have a proven track record of mulit-site operations.

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

Director of Nursing experience is preferred.

5+ years clinical management experience in the health care field.
