Position Summary
The Content Creator role will be responsible for developing and executing content that engages and informs our target audience across multiple channels. You will work closely with our global media team to concept, create and execute content across multiple channels and platforms. This position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area for work in a hybrid office and work from home environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content across various channels, including IG, TikTok, YouTube and site.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into ready-to-publish deliverables
- Maintain and organize library of video assets and project files for easy retrieval and future use.
- Conduct research and stay up to date on industry trends to create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to help develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity.
- Ability to write, shoot and edit video content.
- Help set up and run video production gear such as camera, lighting, and audio.
- Stay up to date on emerging content formats and trends to continually improve our content strategy.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms and trends is necessary. You should be adept at creating shareable content, engaging with followers, and leveraging social media to reach and connect with the target audience.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners on scoping projects to accurately develop project schedules and manage multiple projects against agreed upon timelines and keep resources focused on what will help build, grow, nurture, and fortify our brand.
- Provide technical assistance on photo/video shoots.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of constituents.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in film, New Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience at a company/firm as a content creator.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of adobe creative suite, specifically premier and aftereffects.
- Knowledge of adobe illustrator and photoshop is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cinema equipment such a camera/lenses, lighting, audio, and grip gear.
- Excellent writing, editing, video and photography skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience with graphic design and motion graphics is a plus.
- A robust portfolio of creative work.
Performance Criteria
- Perform according to the Role responsibilities (as above).
Travel
- Position is based in San Francisco.
- Limited travel for content capture required.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $75,000 annually
