Job Description Summary: Primary Job Responsibilities - Support 2 executive leaders within the Finance organization - Complex calendar management via Outlook. Provide proactive support including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations - Strategic approach to coordinating and scheduling meetings. Ensuring requests have a clearly defined purpose and time zone sensitivities considered - React with appropriate urgency to requests/situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the whole picture - Align with executives on weekly priorities. - Understand and help to execute our people and business priorities and processes - Send quality org-wide communications on VP’s behalf - Manage cadence of meeting forums and provide logistical support to run presentations through MS Teams and handle Q&As through tools like Sli.do - Event organization and management of roadshows, team on and off-sites etc. - Manage expenses and travel arrangements (domestic & international) expeditiously and accurately - Process system approvals in a timely manner - Foster strong relationships and trust with Executive Assistants and key business partners across PayPal - Partner closely with EA team to support and execute operational excellence - Be available and responsive to the global nature of the business, which may include occasional travel, both domestic and internationally
Job Description:
Experience and Skills
- 8+ years’ EA experience supporting VP+ executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize leaders’ calendar based on rapidly shifting priorities
- Strong calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings across multiple time zones.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
- Hands on experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ability to pivot quickly.
- Execute with a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail capabilities
- Communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively.

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $16 to $55
