The successful candidate must have the following essential attributes:

• Demonstrates the ability to support the Company’s values, goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Employment Requirements:
(1) Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited program, (2) minimum 1 year previous experience in a health care setting required, previous home care experience preferred, (3) currently licensed as LCSW or ASW by the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners preferred, (4) BLS, (5) current California Drivers License and auto insurance.
