Job Description The Clinical Analyst serves as the primary clinical information resource for implementation support of the EssentrisRegistered product line serving as the liaison be! tween site contacts and CliniComp departments The Clinical Analyst is responsible for supporting the full cycle of a customer site implementation from kickoff to golive optimization The Clinical Analyst may be assigned five or more sites at any given point in time The Clinical Analyst will participate in client kickoff meetings for new implementations Conduct product demonstrations and implementation overview Work with client to document current workflow at site identify future workflow and identify and document necessary configuration changes to support future workflow Assist the client with system design and evaluates configuration requests Assist the client with training and golive support plans Conduct andor supervise the training of client Super Users and End Users as needed Participate in golive activities including support troubleshooting and escalation of issues Assist with configuration of flow sheets notes and other features Participate in product optimization vis! its with post goliveexisting clients Conduct phone conferences! and webinars to provide consultation to clients Conduct training on new features and updates to the system Perform pre post implementation assessment and followup determine process improvements and baseline standardization for implementations Participate in tradeshows user group meetings and other events Basic Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field is strongly preferred Degree certification or classes in nursing informatics or three years of informatics related experience including working with informatics in an acute care or other healthcare environment strongly preferred Must be a current Licensed Nurse a Registered Nurse is preferred Minimum of three years acute healthcare experience required Experience using an electronic medical records system Knowledgeable of health care IT trends and guidelines for documentation Knowledgeable of adult education principles Must have the ability to travel 80100 of the work week! operate a motor vehicle and have a valid and current driver’s license in good standing Candidates must have the ability to obtain a DoD ADP clearance and a VA High Risk Background Investigation US Citizenship is required Candidates with existing clearance strongly preferred To apply please enter our Applicant Portal at httpsclinicompapplicantharborcom httpsclinicompapplicantharborcom and then click on the bar at the top titled Find a Position We appreciate your consideration No agencies or 3rd parties We are an Equal Opportunity Employer AS/BS Nursing.
