Our client is a not for profit, non-union hospital that

need a clinical manager who is up for continuing their

The person awarded this position will oversee a 40 bed
inpatient psychiatric care unit. They will work with
charge nurses and staff to ensure quality of care and
patient safety. They will be able to influence the
models for delivery of care and access.
This position reports to an administrator who has been
with the organization in this role for 12 years. Known
for being a great mentor and developing those around
him, you will be able to learn and grow professionally
while participating in creating a vision for the future
of mental health services in this communit! y.
