ABOUT THE LOCATION: This is a growing community that is located about way between San Francisco and the L.A. area, in the foothills of the Coast Ranges. ABOUT THE POSITION: Setting: Rural Outpatient clinic that is part of the local hospital. The clinic is brand new and state of the art! The clinic is overseen by 2 physicians; however the physicians don’t spend much time in the clinic. The patients are typically seen by 2 NP’s, one of whom is leaving. Schedule: Clinic hours are 9:00am â€" 7:00pm. The schedule offers some flexibility. Can work 3-10’s or 4-10’s per week (30 or 40 hours per week). Will need to work every-other Saturday. Patients per day: Average about 15 patients per dayMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience working and a Family Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care setting. COMPENSATION: Salary is very competitive (much higher than typical L.A. area positions), and is based on experience. Excellent benefits package which in! cludes relocation to the area of up to $2500, and eligibility ! of HRSA Student Loan repayment.
