Orange Tree Nursing Center is a stable, well established health care provider located in the Inland Empire. This facility has an outstanding record of committed care. Primary Responsibilities: Process inquiries from physicians, acute care hospitals, managed care organizations and or family members.Communicate information for each inquiry that will provide administrative staff with an understanding of the physical and mental status as well as payment information to determine if the prospective resident is a candidate for admission.Meet with prospective residents and/or resident representatives and provide facility tours.Participate in comple! tion of admission documentsPrepare, submit and track Mediâ€"Ca! l TARsParticipate in Marketing activities.Maintain hospitality cart and conference room in a safe, orderly and clean manner.Report resident care concerns and potential issues to Administrator and/or Director of NursingOther Responsibilities: Make all reports required by Federal and/or State Laws and regulations as well as in accordance with facility policies and procedures.Other duties as may be directed by a supervisor. Qualifications: Fluent written and spoken English as well as strong computer skills.Experience preferred Willing to train the right person for position
