Job Description
Your main duties will include:
- Manage the payroll processing of 170 employees on a monthly and fortnightly basis
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner
- Assist with other HR-related duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of ideally end to end payroll processing for at least a payrun of 80+ employees, and have intermediate to advanced excel skills. They will have great communication skills and have confidence to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally of the business.
