The Favor Trust and Safety team is responsible for minimizing Favor’s exposure to financial and reputational risk. We use a variety of tools, strategies, and procedures to review, investigate, and respond to fraud risk and suspicious activity. In this role, you will be part of the tactical operations team that helps identify and prevent fraudulent orders, transactions, and accounts on the Favor platform.
What you'll do:
- Review cases to detect fraudulent activity and determine the appropriate next steps
- Collaborate with Trust and Safety Specialists and Leads to identify and reassess false positives

Identify and recommend enhancements to the Trust and Safety team’s processes and tactics- Practice professional communication to all customers and stakeholders
Skills you have:
- A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, and/or work experience
- 1+ years of experience on an operations or support team
- The ability to take direction well and follow specific processes
- Comfort with repetitive, and sometimes tedious, tasks
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience with Zendesk, fraud tools, or payment processors is a plus
- Experience delivering Favors is a plus
