About the role at Macquarie Bank

In this role, you will be responsible for embedding change across Client Experience (CX) with a focus on our client facing teams. You will be working with business stakeholders to understand needs and recommend programmes guided by our strategic themes. You will play a key role in advocating for CX by attending forums of change as a Subject Matter Expert and CX Lead to ensure the CX Team have the intuitive tools and knowledge they need to deliver high performance and exceptional client experiences. You will do this with your digital transformation mindset.

  • Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
