Your Role and Responsibilities
The Consultant should demonstrate proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements both business and technical. He also performs impact analysis and gap analysis. Managing stakeholders, users and conducts requirement workshops. Maps processes and use cases as well as analyses the business case. The Consultant also guides the technical teams. Should possess excellent communication skills and at least 10 years of experience are required in the subject field.
The Business Analyst should help project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, plus develop and manage requirements. In addition, he should know how to manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, as well as the communication of the requirements status to stakeholders. He should assess how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.
They should understand a business problem or opportunity and evaluate various inputs to help develop an effective solution. Should create a range of business diagrams and drawings showing both current and proposed business processes. Should leverage development tools using macros, shape sheets, and advanced shape techniques. Should analyse, decompose, accept, approve, specify and validate the requirements for a product or project.

• Deep knowledge on Core banking operations
• Track record working with Enterprise organisations
• Strong analytical skill set
• Experience working with developers
• Able to read, speak and write fluently in Greek
• Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
