Setter to join our team as an independent contractor. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in generating leads and booking appointments for our clients. Utilizing our provided list, data, and phone system, you will conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and secure appointments. Your exceptional communication and persuasion skills will contribute to the success of our clients' sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize our provided list and data to make outbound calls and engage prospects.
- Present our clients' products or services persuasively to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Book appointments and schedule meetings for our clients' sales teams using our appointment booking system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and outcomes.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment attendance and provide any necessary information or reminders.
- Collaborate with our internal team to optimize calling scripts and strategies for maximum appointment conversions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment booking targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role, with a track record of successfully booking appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner to effectively present our clients' offerings.
- Strong organizational skills to manage call records, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve appointment booking targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment booking software is a plus.
