- Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing services
- Participate in facility surveys
- Assist in planning for resident's admissions and discharges
- Determine and monitor the staffing needs of the nursing department
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must have at least 4+ years experience as a DON
