Project Manager, Clinical Education

Description: ZOLL Medical Corporation is currently seeking to employ Project Manager, Clinical Education right now, this job will be placed in California. For complete informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. Provide internal clinical education and training. Is able to work cross-functionally to manage projects and provide clinical education support to QA, CA! and R&D departments as well as administrative support for the clinical education department field staff. Has deep clinical educating and adult learning experience. Capable of preparing a training plan for clinical medicine and delivering that training to individuals with a wide range of skill-sets and clinical experiences. Have total familiarity with the Medical Device GMP Regulations, ISO 13845, and the companies’ Quality Systems requirements and assures that these are followed.
Required Skills
Registered nurses who have acquired significant clinical experience working in the healthcare facility settings (critical care experience a plus).
Experience educating nurses and other clinicians. Knowledge of adult education theory.
Ability to utilize/develop tools including educational material, presentation and procedures.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional project teams.
Able to successfully manage daily operating! tasks to meet rigid timelines.
Able to utilize datab! ase, spreadsheet(s), email or any other means available to effectively perform the required task(s).
Require a strong clinical or scientific knowledge and research skills.
Excellent follow through skills, interpersonal skills, hard working, a self-starter and problem solver and leadership skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude, responsible, dependable, reliable and dedicated.
Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong data entry, written and verbal skills.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Be able to travel occasionally.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years related work experience in health care.
A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Commercial applications experience a plus.
Must have thorough knowledge and experience! in using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Excel and Word.
Experience as a nursing educator in a hospital or a project manager in medical device industry or a project manager from clinical research is preferred.
