\*\*CRM Manager New & Base Business ( f/m/d)
As our Customer Relationship Manager, your mission is to manage and strengthen the relationship with our customers and prospects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing communication strategies (mainly via email) to nurture our prospects from the first touchpoint with us till closing the deal. On the other hand, you take full ownership of our customer communication, engagement and adoption rate. You will work closely with Sales and Account Management to establish the global framework for the customer lifecycle, performance strategy, and engagement automation.
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
- Define and implement customer segments, journeys and cycles across the entire CRM database (prospects & customers)
- Build customer journey flows in close collaboration with the product team which drive leads and opportunities for Sales and Account Management to speed up the buying process or lead to upsell and cross-sell of new products into the base
- Develop a range of ‘best in class’ automated email cadences to increase Marketing efficiencies
- Coordinate and align product/feature messaging with product and product marketing leads as well as the Marketing channel leads for email, performance marketing, brand & PR to devise creative and data-driven campaign strategies to increase conversion, retention, engagement, and/or loyalty
- Plan and implement a comprehensive calendar to orchestrate, track and measure all end-to-end global programs and activities
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, ideally in a SaaS/B2B marketplace environment
- You have a good understanding of the customer journey and how to improve it
- You enjoy combining Marketing and Account Management tactics to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- You are highly organized and have a strong analytical approach – you are always on top of your numbers and base your decisions on these
- You are a great communicator (our company language is English) and listener; you are passionate about the xChange mission and inspire the people around you
- You are creative and like to experiment with new ways of scalably communicating key messages to our clients with a view to driving increased customer satisfaction and greater product adoption
- Experience with Pardot and/or Totango is a plus
- Based in Hamburg, or open to relocation
